I booked 2 rooms for two nights but had to cancel one room immediately because my daughter wasn't able to come, i bought the insurance and all, i only check in one of the rooms, the hotel manager says they still gonna charge for one night for the other room that i didn't use, but its been 3 weeks now and they still don't want to return the remaining balance, i called booking.com and they say they keep emailing the hotel but they're not responding.

They holding on to my refund and refuse to correspond with me or booking.com
