The only thing good was the location.

We were aware this wouldn't be a five star a place. However, it was shockingly disgusting. We arrived, at the reception we had to wait for checkin which is completely understandable, however the previous night we had emailed confirming there was a 'safe place' to store baggage. They confirmed this, yet when we arrived that 'safe place' was in the middle of the lobby with an open area for easy access. This would be fine if they were there to supervise them - however, they were leaving work at 12:00. (Check in is at 14:00) We asked if this was a safe place, the receptionist said 'people dont usually steal that often due to cameras being here'.... implying it had definitely happened before. We know this is fine for some people, however we were on a big travel with a lot of important bags (Moving to AUS, so all important belongings were with us) We were then unable to leave the property, and had to wait here with receptionists that barely spoke any English. We understand that not all places have areas to leave baggage however it was confirmed they did. When we went upstairs, our experience only got worse. I am travelling with someone elder - told there would be lifts. We had 4 suitcases and 3 bags. There were no lifts, this was a massive struggle. Nobody offered to help as they had already left the building for the day. (This was at 13:30) Entered the room, and shocked we stayed more than a minute. It had a horrible smell, not at all like the photos - we walked in to a picture hanging completely tilted in the bedroom, horrible tiles, stains on the sofa. A complete waste of money. We booked a new air b n b within the hour and headed off. I have travelled a lot, and I have also stayed in some not so nice places - this was definitely the worst. It is not worth your money or time at all.

The room was lovely & spacious and housed my friends and me comfortably. The facilities were wonderful! The staff were lovely as well.

The wifi in the room was not functional at all despite many attempts to connect. There was a lack of cleaning suplies to help us clean dishes ect.

The pool was beautiful, warm and sparkling clean. The Manager was very helpful to us.

Nice quiet

Spa wasnt working the whole stay when arrived for 2pm check in room wasnt ready internet and television didnt work first night there was only provided 3 towels for four people staying rooms werent clean properly before arrival even with the extra time

Old and tired. Small kitchen. Oven dial didn’t have any numbers of degrees! Took pot luck on temperature of oven
