Please note that construction work is going on in some part of the beach from March 2019 until May 2019. Please note that this property does not accept Debit Card as a form of payment. Please be informed that the hotel provides a scheduled shuttle service to Cha-am and Hua Hin for an additional charge. The times are as follows: - From Novotel Hua Hin Cha-Am Beach Resort & Spa: 10:30, 11:30, 13:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00, 19:00 hrs. - From Hua Hin: 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30, 17:30, 20:00 hrs. Please note that the shuttle service is subject to availability and a 1-hour advanced booking is required. Please note that pets weighing under 10 kg are allowed to stay in Superior Rooms, which is located on the 5th floor. The maximum number of pets allowed is 1 per room. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for more information. === Guest must present the same valid credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in at the property. The property will collect a new payment if guests do not present their credit card upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
