Rodeway Inn & Suites Fort Jackson

The owner was beyond RUDE and told me to leave after I asked concerned questions about the safety there. He has the main door locked and he has to buzz you in to even get in to the front desk. Then the door locks right behind you once you enter. Then he was yelling at me how safe it is there as he standing behind a bullet proof glass shield at the front desk. I am so disappointed and I hope he didn't charge my card at all and Booking shouldn't charge me either because I didn't stay there for even one night!!

It was mediocre the check in at the front desk was slow the clerk was on the phone the whole time,it looked like someone was living in the front office with a bed and left over pizza box there The room was gross poo on the wall under light switch in the bathroom, main door to our room wasn't staying shut unless u slammed it. I don't recommend them

Clean, quiet, and very reasonable

the property was cool, but very poor services. We did a 13hr drive ended having to wait for an hour because the lady was trying to charge us again after i showed her my receipt for the booking i already paid for. Room smelled, i actually would like my money back because i’ve booked with you guys before but this is by far the worst.

Floor could of been mopped better

I definitely did not like the property at all because they are rude the the guest an never pick up the phone plus they gave me some nasty sheets on my bed and when I tried to approach them they was very rude about it

The property has water bugs

The guy behind the counter was really nice and friendly

The bath tub had something sticky around the drain. I saw a water bug crawl across the bed sheets and then saw another water bug in the bathroom. The beds were so hard and had a hump in the middle of them. It was so hard it made my lower back hurt like I had a kidney infection or something. The floors were sticky.
