I had a fantastic weekend stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Jackson North Ridgeland! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast deserves a special shoutout—hands down the best hotel breakfast in the city. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The biscuits tasted like they were homemade in someone’s kitchen—absolutely amazing. My room and the hallways were spotless, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This is Quincy’s wife: The hotel is beautiful even tho it’s be remodeled. I rented a premium room through booking.com and called the hotel to see what the differences were between a regular room and a premium room and they said that snacks were included in the room with a premium stay. So I made reservations for the premium room because my husband loves his snacks and it was our 28 year anniversary so I thought it would be perfect for us. Upon checking in the snacks weren’t in the room and we asked the front desk about them and she said we weren’t in a premium room. I told her that I booked premium through booking.com and she said they sent it in as a regular room but I paid premium price. She said that they can’t edit booking.com reservations so we we’re stuck in a regular room no snacks at premium price. Happy hour bartender was great and the drinks were too but the snacks/appetizers were lacking. Breakfast was just ok. It was like a regular hot breakfast we just missed the hot waffles and the made to order omelets. It was one of the reasons why I booked this location. I wanted it to be extra special since it was our 28 year anniversary.

I didn’t like that we paid premium price for a room and was in a regular room and front desk said they couldn’t change or move us because booking.com didn’t send a n a premium reservation. Snacks at happy hour were lacking and they didn’t have the made to order omelets at breakfast.
