"Pleasant stay in Boerne, Texas"

Had good experience in Boerne, Texas and at the Hampton Inn there. Boerne is a very upscale suburb of San Antonio. We were amazed at the quality of the shops in downtown Boerne. Nice paved scenic river walk there. Went hiking in Guadeloupe State Park which was pleasant. Only dig on this Hampton Inn was limited selection of free breakfast which was not as good as previous Hampton Inns we have stayed at.

"Cigarette smell "

We reserved a nonsmoking room and the room had a lot is smell I asked the front desk if they could provide something to help the terrible smell they said that they would send maintenance that never got there on a 2 night reservation we had a o go buy air freshener.

"descent stay"

the location was great, the pool was amazing. the staff where very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and and the shower was heaven. the view was pretty good to. i liked having star bucks right beside the hotel.

The breakfast was not very good, the eggs where so watery we couldn't eat them. the second morning the smell of burnt food was so bad we could smell it when we entered the elevator on the 3rd floor. Our room was beautiful and clean but there was a terrible wet/ shampoo smell that got worse the longer we where in the room. Each morning when we would get up to get ready our close where damp from setting on the couch. I don't know if we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.

"Very nice hotel"

King bed room is spacious and layed out nicely.There is a mini fridge, microwave and couch. Room is clean and AC blows cold. The pool is large with a nice large gas fireplace. Breakfast is decent , free and a large dining room with fireplace. Free parking is always a plus….

"A Night in the Hampton"

The bed! Sheets, pillows, and comforter set was so comfy.

There was a musty smell by the door when we would enter the room. Need more handicap parking instead of Diamond and VIP parking.
