Dont do what i did and go by these reviews on hotels.com, look at the google reviews and they will confirm mine. . GROSS floors. Hair still in shower and on toilet. The chair was so stained up, it should be put in the trash! Girl at front desk was nice and tried to blame it on a "new cleaner" but those floors clearly haven't been touched in DAYYYS, maybe even weeks. Disgusting! She did move us to another room which wasnt the grratest either, but better than the first one.. We did not even attempt the breakfast! No thank you! The ONLY thing I have positive to say about this place is the best were big and comfortable- if you can find a clean one. Side note: I tried to attach a couple pictures, but it wont let me for some reason. I did however, already attach them to my google review.

The sheets had blood or dark stains on the bottom, chair was stain and looked dirty, desk chair was wobbly. Tub had dark mold stains, feces in the toilet.

Daytime and morning receptionist which is same person was rude upon arrival. Hung up on me when I called see if my rooms were ready rooms weren’t ready till after 3 and same lady said no breakfast she was lazy and rude. Went to Victoria for my dad’s funeral and was late.

Overall is good, but they need to focus on maintenance. The hand shower on my room was leaking everywhere, had no pressure, and its hold was broken. I reported it one week ago, and then one week after i stayed on the very same room, and they hadn't fixed it.

Overall is good. Friendly staff, clean venue, they do care about the maintenance of the building, they even provide a form where you can report any issue requiring to be addressed by the maintenance crew, however i must say that it is so obvious that the hand shower is leaking everywhere and its support is broken, that it's hard to believe that no one had reported it befort or that their maintenaince crew hasn't noticed it before.

I don’t recommend it. A mouse appeared in my sister’s room. They also told me the bathrooms were dirty. They weren’t comfortable even though they were moved to another room, and they couldn’t rest because they were afraid another mouse might show up.
