Muy bien limpio y el desayuno genial

This is an old hotel that is currently in maintenance. The facilities were ok, the staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful.

En general bien, fue terrible la cama las almohadas están sucias y huelen ya muy mal se nota que nunca las lavan o cambien y eso si es una infección.

Deberían revisar los colchones están muy suaves, el aire acondicionado de los pasillos y el extractor de aire del baño. Buen desayuno

Propiedad promedio, cumple.

Bedding quality, size of room, most of staff helpful ( but reception overwhelmed at times with no backup), parking, easy access to malecon for walking, TV news channels international and 2 in English, ease of location for driving. The quality of workmanship and furnishings, tile work, finishing, beds, and bedding are very good, very well done. Hallways have nice carpeting for less noise from guests arriving or deporting.

Too many things. Bar closed for remodeling, ice machine not working, Cafe can't serve drinks, elevators out of service, reception can be VERY SLOW. The real problem there is hwy noise, poor window quality, motorcycles being the worst noise. And this was mid week. View: hmm. From the 3rd floor, with balcony ( no seating at all) one can see the ocean, yes, behind the large ( and good) seafood restaurant across the hwy, plus the 2 large parking areas for malecon access. Below the 3rd floor, your view would be parking lots, hwy, and large restaurant. There is really no sea activity except small fishing launches early AM. Room. Big windows but gauze curtains with heavier material strip curtains purely for adornment! There are restaurant lights, malecon floodlights, street and parking lights. Downtown Honolulu is quieter and less light than this area, so one is trying to sleep in full light. Take any room on the back side. Elevators are quiet, but some guests were not. One hears quite clearly other guests, TV next door, especially at 3 AM when there was a complete lack of concern for anyone sleeping ( or trying to). I was truly disappointed. We have stayed in Campech many many times over more than 35 years, but we will now go back to the historic center to stay. It is about 2 K from the center, and quality restaurants are lacking around Holiday Inn. Put in heavy full curtains at the very least. It could be a delightful stay, but it is not now.
