Ms. Sherri was amazing! She help me with check in and provide my family with the request that we made. The room was clean as the previous reviews stated. If I’m ever in the Richmond area I wouldn’t mind staying here again, especially if Ms. Sherri is on staff!

This was by far the worst Doubletree I have stayed at. However, it still rated as average. Our toliet kept cutting on and off automatically and it was very loud. The hotel restaurant needs to be updated. The beds were uncomfortable. Very average pending below average stay.

Great customer service! After traveling all day, we arrived at midnight to check in and were greeted with amazing hospitality and a warm cookie! I feel like we’re in a movie! Excellent clean rooms and great food. Close to the expressway and airport! Superb!
