The Patel family is very hospitable, friendly, and welcoming. Mr Patel takes a lot of pride in his property, and works diligently to make sure any issues are corrected. There were a couple of issues, one major was the two maintenance staff— they walked into my room, not once but twice, and my daughter was not dressed, just coming out of the shower the second time, and he left door open for a few seconds to be sure and get a good look before deciding to close it and knock. Patel said he would address it. The whole reason the guy was coming in there was to fix a leak issue they had. Had to move rooms, and the room we were moved to was extremely dirty. Dusty, hair, trash, just nasty. This did not match the rest of the hotel, and was highly perplexing. The breakfast was fantastic, they do a really good job of giving different hot breakfast choices every morning. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and quality. There were unfortunately some guests who broke the elevator, and pool, blasted their music, among other things— unfortunately these people are “common behavior culture” it was frustrating to see them disrespecting everyone and everything around them.

Dont stay here, night 1 the owners live on site, stay in room above us wrestling and slamming each other on the ground our ceiling So much so it knocked the TV off the wall. We were finally moved to a new room about midnight. The second night my wife was bitten by spider in the bed.So we checked out a day early.We relied to by the front desk.Owner saying that expedia had to cancel it expedia Our last night. And never gave me a bill or a receipt a poem. Check out and then charged us for the additional stay. If you love your family, don't bring them hedear. I'm amazed that I have a rating they have, but that's why I'll never use Expedia or stay here again and if you love your family you won't either.

We had a great time, especially in the indoor pool. Everything worked and didn’t have any issues. Breakfast was also good. They had waffles and the eggs was pretty good.

The owners lived above us and were fighting all night so they allowed us to move to another room around midnight our 1st night. We never signed anything to check out still havent been given a recipient. I was charged an additional xxxdollars upon arrival and it "should" be returned in 7bussiness days. Why book with expedia when the hotel charges you anyways. Bugs everywhere, we booked the room bc expedia made the place look good. Save your money and dont use expedia and definitely dont stay st this trash hole.

The fire alarm over the bed admitted a green light that stayed on all night, very hard to get a good night rest

Just needs some attention. Bathtub was very slippery because its old and needs replacing. The carpet in the hallways need replacing. Liked the flooring in the room and cleaning person did a great job in cleaning room.
