Da un hotel di questa tipologia ci aspettavamo di più, camera datata con bagno minuscolo, pareti da ritinteggiare, polvere visibile presente sul davanzale della finestra, televisione datata

Superb stay during summer, great service and buffet was fantastic.

This is our 3rd time staying at the hotel. The main things we like are the warm service, great buffet spread, onsen, gym and comfortable bed/pillows. We would like to express my sincere appreciation to Melani, who provided exceptional service on the morning of 29 May 2026. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to assist us. We were not aware that breakfast service begins winding down at 9:30 AM, and we arrived just three minutes before closing time, at 9:27 AM. Even so, Melani warmly helped us with our meal. When we mentioned that our son was feeling unwell and could not come down to the restaurant, she immediately spoke with her manager and arranged for us to have a takeout box, so we could bring some food up to him. She even thoughtfully offered a cup of milk for him as well. We were deeply touched by her kindness, cheerful attitude, and genuine care. It was wonderful to experience such high levels of professionalism and enthusiasm. Melani has certainly made our stay even more pleasant and kudos to Hilton for employing such wonderful staff.

Hotel remain very much unchanged over the years. TV has been the same (not a smart TV) and WiFi was not stable. Breakfast cut off time seemed earlier than before. The selection are the same for the 2 days we stayed there.

夕食を洋食にしたのですが情報量少なく 多国籍料理だったので、息子があまり食べれず 和食にしたら良かったです。

施設が古く部屋のカーペットも汚い。ロビーも暗くしてるのは汚さ、古さをごまかす為ではないかと思う。 朝食も全てが美味しくない。スキーシーズンの外国人客しかいなかったせいなのか、日本クオリティの朝食を期待していが、ご飯はパサパサ、味噌汁はお湯みたいだった。 従業員はスキーシーズンだけの従業員なのかわからないが、ホスピタリティがない。私はアメリカのホテルで働いていて日本のホスピタリティに誇りをもっていますが残念です。
