I liked that the staff was accommodating and responsive to each of my requests.

TV's quality was very poor. The latch to turn the shower on was very hard to use. The iron did not work. We had to wait on another iron because the staff didn't k ow where rhe extra irons were. I borrowed a neighbor's iron and dirty steam water came out of it and ruined my white outfit. No one originally told me that towels were not automatically switched out daily. Breakfaat was not worth the money.

"Great place crap location"

Everything. It was a very clean amazing facility.

The pool was small and I noticed there were alot of homeless people around the property. Someone came up to me and asked me if I want to buy drugs.

"Customer service was nice hotel itself not up to par"

The customer service was nice.

They had bugs in my restroom the tv channels was barley working and when I told them about the bugs they came with bug spray Instead of trying to give me a new room
