We stayed here as a family group of 11 with breakfast and dinner. We found everything spotlessly clean. The weather was extremely hot (high 20's). The grand children loved the huge pool and often spent the day there. The football facility was a huge hit with my grandsons along with the games room. I had a manicure at the Spa which was probably the best ever! Part of our party stayed in the hotel and one family in the junior suite. There was a meeting of the Zagato vintage cars over the weekend, which was a highlight for my husband so overall the whole group had a fabulous time.

The +++++ were many but there were a few things that weren't so good. We all enjoyed breakfast but dinner was variable. A salad was always available followed by two more courses and desert. Some dishes were excellent and others disappointing. Deserts were great! You certainly won't go hungry but I think the quality could be better in some areas. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable but the air-con did need to be constantly on which did generate some noise. The junior suite where my daughter stayed was lovely although a little climb up the hill. The resort is a fair distance from the town and not realistically walkable. The resort bus is good but stops around 6pm. We also had hire cars. On the final day I queried an item on my bill (not disputed it) and it was subsequently increased as they had forgotten to charge for some drinks! Overall the staff were hard working, pleasant and efficient. I would not personally recommend this resort for older couples but as a family group it was a great choice with something for everyone.

Sehr sauber, großer Pool. Die Aussicht auf den Gardasee war großartig. Insgesamt war es sehr schön. Es gab natürlich - im Gegensatz zu vielen Bewertungen hier - auch echte Tassen für den Kaffee. Der Gardasee war gut zu erreichen. Es gab ein Shuttle in den Ort, das wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben.

Das Essen war eine Wundertüte - mal gut, mal schlecht, mal groß, mal klein. Jeder Tisch hat unterschiedliche Portionen erhalten. Der Service ließ am Abend zu wünschen übrig. Die Kellner meist sehr genervt und unsichtbar. Beim Abräumen waren sie dann aber manchmal so schnell, dass man die Gabel noch in der Hand hatte...

La organizzazione tra il personale ho perso il mio tempo della sauna pagata per farsi telefonate tra di loro,ho chiamato prima di prenotare per chiedere se era possibile usare la piscina interna per la bambina e mi e stato detto di sì al mio arrivo invece tutto non era più fattibile perché i bambini potevano solo un ora dalle 14 alle 15 ..in tutto invece di passare un compleanno rilassante lo perso a parlare con la tipa.. quindi più attenzione ad dare informazioni..
