"Exceptional"

Really beautiful hotel with great customer service - my only recommendation would be to speak to the hotel in advance if coming by car as the parking is very difficult to find, and you cannot drive up to the hotel. Once told where the parking is, it is easy and free - just not obvious the first time around.

The hotel is just flawless. Kind and well trained staff, beautiful room, great bed, fantastic view of the Swiss Alps. The restaurant is first class, the best food I have had in a long time.

"Wonderful Stay in a Brand New Room"

We only stayed at the Residence Hotel overnight, and I truly wish our stay had been longer. Our room was brand new and had all the modern amenities you could ask for, in addition being very clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a nice variety of foods. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in all respects. The entrance to the hotel's parking lot was a bit hard to find, as you have to turn right off of the main road (I think it was Road 28?) at a stop light adjacent to a public parking lot. Our GPS kept wanting to take us down a roundabout that turned into a pedestrian only area. If you get totally lost, best to park at the lot and find the hotel ( which is on the pedestrian only road) and ask them to show you where the parking entrance is located! Other than that, we had a fantastic time and I look forward to returning someday.
