Location was great, and the promised second floor above the river was very nice. Super clean and really nice facilities.

A teeny bit pricey, for the not busy season, but hey.

We loved being able to open the balcony door and hear the Oconaluftee River below us!

The parking lot or the exiting of the parking lot was a little tricky as you couldn’t see around other cars to look for oncoming traffic!
