"Terrible and if I wasn’t so tired I would have left"

Beds were comfortable

No breakfast for the rate you charge Shade was torn and I was on the ground floor No ice machine Room was musty and carpet was gross

"It was a very cold stay, outside temperature was in the 30-45"

The location was approximately 200 feet from a train track, not good. There was no breakfast available, but stated there would be breakfast upon our online reservation. There was no heat in the room that had a wall mounted thermostat and the other system. Desk clerk could not get them to either. Neither worked.

The closeness to relatives in in the area.
