We are a returning customer, which should sum it up. It is always a good experience at Aloft and this time was no exception. I had a lot of packages delivered to me and the staff handled it very well. The rooms are comfortable as always.

Came to town for a convention. Hotel was conveniently located right next to the convention, and they even partnered with the convention to give discounted rates. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly - we always felt welcome. The hotel also has a free shuttle that runs to and from O'Hare airport. Airport shuttle drivers were also very welcoming and friendly. We had a great stay, thank you Aloft O'Hare team! One thing to note though for noise sensitive guests, our hotel room had a very loud AC/Heater unit.
