Un peu vieillissant et équipements bébés payant à prix très élevés , pour un établissement accueillant des famllles ce n’est pas agréable

L'endroit, l'accueil et la situation géographique.

La literie était moyenne et d'une manière générale, le complexe demanderait une rénovation au niveau des peintures.

Le cadre est beau et l’emplacement du logement est idéal.

L’appartement D21 est resté « dans son jus » et n’était pas propre à notre arrivée un dimanche après-midi. Nous l’avons signalé dès le lendemain matin (l’accueil étant fermé) en remettant un état des lieux d’entrée peu flatteur (carrelage cassé, manque d'équipements...). La responsable n’a pas cherché à constater ni à remplacer les éléments cassés. L’approche sur place est très procédurière : beaucoup de règlements affichés et de panneaux indiquant ce qu’il faut faire ou ne pas faire, mais peu de place pour l’échange ou la discussion.

Guests are expected to provide their own dish soap dishwasher soap salt, sugar and other simple necessities that would cost little to provide. No cleaning supplies like paper towels, floor soap were provided,and the guests are expected to clean before they leave.. So I'm there for a few days and I must purchase these items, or take them back home in my case - New York. They gave me and .my wife two towels and two washcloths and we were told that they'd have to last the week. When we checked in, we were given a list of things that are forbidden, and extra costs that weren't significant but showed such meanness and lack of grace that I'll never go back. I do speak French so that wasn't the problem.

WiFi is paid and very slow.

Safe parking, especially in the night. Nice rooms, but could be a bit bigger. We booked only a few days advanced, probably our room was only left. Staff on reception was very nice and friendly, by check in and check out.

Appartrment au rez de chaussée, assez calme, parking prévus. Propre mais quelques toiles d araignées. Lit moyen, peu confortable. Pas de produit ménager pour nettoyer la cuisine. Piscine propre.

La location è in una cittadina anonima (Paradou), che si trova tuttavia in ottima posizione per potere visitare tutta la Provenza e la Camargue. Il residence è molto tranquillo, nonostante la presenza di molti appartamenti. La presenza della piscina è tornata utile a fine giornata, tenuto conto del gran caldo. Il nostro appartamento era decisamente grande e confortevole. La cucina era dotata di tutte le stoviglie necessarie. Unica pecca: per un’intera settimana avrebbero potuto fornire più asciugamani, perchè un set a persona è un po’ poco. Bagnoschiuma, shampoo, carta igienica, detersivo lavastoviglie etc tutti non forniti (dunque da comprare, volendo c’è un supermercato nelle vicinanze). Sicuramente consigliato.
