日本語を話せるスタッフが数名いて、細かい要望にも答えていただけました。

シャワーを浴びる場所が、ガラス張りの場所から水外にもれて横の洗面スペースの床が水が流れてくる点が使いづらかった。 宿泊料金も安く、海外ですし他のサービスがよかったので気にしなければ大丈夫です。

The stuff was very good. And the hotel is clean

Breakfast ,I was missing cheese, only one kind. And coffee is not good and cappuccino is additional cost. Very expensive.

Literally everything! The staff was super helpful, the room very clean and and tidy, the pool was very big, amazing breakfast, the location very convenient. We experienced Cambodia the best way possible, definitely will be back!

The coffee in the breakfast could have been better. You could also order a cappuccino/espresso etc but with additional charge.

The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and the coffee served just horrible, we had a lovely espresso coffee just outside in a shed for genZ sport team for 1 $ , so absolutely nothing excuse the horrible one they served us.

Hotel is near the center of the city. Pub street and Night market within walking distance.

Breakfast not much choices. Try to have more varieties. But it's not bad either.

Remember: this is a summary from 4 worldly seasoned travelers. Fitness area was ok, hot tub expected and hot suggested at 104 F Music mostly colorful but not necessary lively. (Traditional) Buffet breakfast was ok but the baked goods were somewhat mediocre. Yogurt toppings need more variety ie Nuts,raisins,berried fruit. Include better coffee without a fee for a better 5 ⭐️ rating. The staff at the main desk, bellman,housekeepers were friendly and helpful every day.
