Breakfast selection is quite good, though the range of hot dishes for 'westerners' could definitely be extended. Staff are exceptional. From Reception to Car park security, they are polite, cheerful and always happy to go above and beyond to help with requests.

A grate location that is walkable to night life, eateries. Beautiful pool and accomodations

It is a very good hotel and enjoyed staying there , hotel staff is extremely courteous and knows how to respond to various queries of the person who are visiting first time. Shares lot of information about the places to visit .

Location was quiet and easy walk to main tourist shopping area Breakfast selection was very similar each day Staff were all amazing Great pool area Big rooms with lots of storage

Daily bottled water was very small bottles 350 mls as opposed to other hotels500-600mls.

We had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary which Chan Na and Yanus and all staff made it extra special. The breakfast, the room , the pool was excellent. Would highly recommended this hotel!

A great stay. Very clean rooms with excellent AC. Lovely spa and swimming pool. Reception Staff and Kimsinh was very helpful.

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Somadevi in Siem Reap was very disappointing. The hotel itself feels quite dated and the breakfast was poor compared with many other hotels in the area. What really affected our stay was the behaviour of some of the reception staff, who were very rude and made us feel completely unwelcome. I had to raise a formal complaint about two staff members due to their behaviour towards me and my partner, which sadly ruined our stay — my partner was left in tears by their attitude. I raised the issue directly with the Customer Service Manager, Kimsinh. On arrival he came into our room and took a photo of me and him together without asking permission, which I found very strange and uncomfortable. I later complained to him about the overall behaviour of the staff. Although a guest liaison representative later apologised, we never received any acknowledgement or apology from the individuals involved. After leaving feedback through the booking platform, the hotel responded with a claim that I refused to pay an additional charge. This was never requested during my stay, which made the response even more disappointing. I was particularly surprised that the manager I had raised the issue with allowed such an inaccurate response to be posted. I travel to Siem Reap frequently and have since returned twice, staying at other hotels that were far superior and clearly value their guests. Unfortunately this experience was the opposite, and I hope the hotel takes steps to seriously improve staff training and guest relations.

Hotel Centrale con tutti i servizi, il personale molto gentile sempre disponibile per qualsiasi aiuto, le camere grandi luminose letto molto comodo bagno un po’ datato ma direi che è un’ottima soluzione come qualità prezzo. la colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata.
