Boardwalk One

Boardwalk One was nice. My only complaint was the mattresses are horrible. I could feel the springs when I laid down on it. Other than that, loved the location, the water pressure and all appliances worked too.

Directly on the Boardwalk in the heart of OC with balcony overlooking boardwalk and ocean! Friendly Staff.

The property was clean and in a great location. Was an efficiency apartment with two Murphy beds. Nice little balcony with a view of the boardwalk and the beach. Only negative was the couches. Normally not an issue but when a hurricane is approaching and you’re stuck inside a comfortable couch would be nice to have.

Location was awesome! Room was dated but ok. Lol. The floor had more waves than the ocean. We booked an oceanfront room and was told that since they were a timeshare hotel, they dont guarantee any reservations made by outside parties (like expedia). We were only staying three nights and they wanted us to move rooms for the last one. Housekeeping staff was awesome. Communicative, helpul, friendly, etc. Front desk staff was horrid. Not friendly, impatient, and condescending.

Although we were told about some balconies were closed during our stay, we didn't know ahead of time that our room was one affected. It didn't appear any work was being done on the balcony during our stay. The room was fine and pretty spacious. It was nice having a kitchen. Proximity to boardwalk was awesome.

Gross. Mold in the bathroom. Missing ceiling tiles, holes in walls, cracked fixtures, run down throughout. I was embarrassed to take my family here.

Location on the boardwalk was great. Staff was friendly. The apartment was pretty dated but balcony view was beautiful. It was a little misreading when it says 1 bedroom apartment because there is no bedroom. Its all one room. Also they should clarify better that the laudry unit is not in the units, its a community washer and dryer that has to be shared after 6PM. Parking is pretty rough too if you have a bigger vehicle. Overall was a nice stay though.
