Royal Asarlik Beach Hotel & Spa - All Inclusive

Visited this hotel in September 25 and found it clean & tidy, but not 5 star standard as advertised, more like 2-3 star. The open areas were clean, tidy and well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room were in need of refurbishment, laminate flooring was well worn and poorly fitted. Signs of repairs to the bathroom ceiling, which needed painting. Seriously in need of new double glazing as noise from a local bar could be heard from midnight to 4 am every night (most annoying to say the least). Also lots of noise from the reception area. The room was directly above reception and overlooked the security lodge (poor view). Food, was not good. Lots of the food looked greasy and was on offer at all sittings (not sure it was fresh), found it strange to offer Sprout, Cauliflower, Cabbage and cold beans for breakfast? As the food was not that good, we resorted to eating out on several occasions, even though we were all-inclusive Having paid a good price to stay at this hotel, it was not value for money. Entertainment available was not the best.

So so so many things wrong, definitely not a 5 star ( Turkey Rating) Not even the 4 star that Tui gives it. Food - Luke warm slop at best ( check the fruit as most of the peaches we picked up were mouldy) it was a real struggle everyday to find food that was labelled (okay if you wanna play roulette with your guts / allergies) as well as food that was hot or flavoured. The desserts all looked great but all had the same flavourless texture and clearly just used food colouring to make them look different. Rooms - Even the “updated” rooms are shocking, expect sewer smells, black mould, dirty stained bedding, crumbling mouldy door frames, toilets that don’t flush, overflowing showers. Location - Isn’t too bad but the “beach” is more like builders rubble and very small but the sea is beautiful. If you want a quieter time don’t venture too far round the bay as all the seafront bars are competing against each other as to who can play their music the loudest and the crackling speakers really don’t matter. The staff - Some are lovely but most we encountered had little to no English so make sure you’re on WiFi / data and use Google translate for conversing Pool - Never went to the main pool but in the relax pool there was an underwater light hanging out the side of the pool with wires hanging out A’la Carte - Italian Restaurant leaves the cold starters ( incl fish dishes) out on the table for at least 30 mins in the heat for the flies to enjoy before you do ( it was 26 degrees Celsius when we were there) and don’t expect any of your food to be hot. I really hope you are reading this before you book but if it’s after I STRONGLY SUGGEST you go to your tour operator and change it. It was so bad we had 4 room changes for varying issues, spoke to the rep on site who was aware of some of the issues and was not happy the hotel was ignoring him. We spoke with 5 other English couples at the hotel ALL experiencing similar issues as we were and ALL were complaining to the hotel, Tui and the rep on site

Сегодня выехали из отеля, отдыхали семьей и с друзьями. Номер был в релакс-зоне 425 на втором этаже с видом на море. Номер нас устроил сразу, ничего менять не пришлось. Что хочу сказать в целом об отеле, мы бывалые путешественники и повидали многое и в Турции, и по миру), в соотношении цена/качество 10 из 10. Не раздражало ничего, порадовала территория, персонал(24 на 7 убирают, развлекают, кормят и видно, что очень стараются)! Собираясь в этот отель, прочитала отзывы, и если честно, немного опасалас. Я не знаю, что за негатив льется из людей, кто их так обидел? Пляж чистый, да немного каменистый заход, но не критично, есть расчищенный вход. У нас ничего не пропало, хотя сейфом не пользовались( он платный), закрывали чемодан на код, потом перестали) Насекомых в номере нет, территория тоже обрабатывается. Еда вкусная, на завтрак блинчики, пончика, яйца во всех вариантах приготовления. На удивление в этом отеле очень вкусные фрукты. С 12-16 мороженное, пекут лепешки , бургеры, обед на пляже и в чудесном панорамном ресторане, вечером в лобби приглашенный бармен делает суперские коктейли. Удобное расположение, рядом остановка, аптека, улочка с магазинами, мирном, а101, кэафул. На анимацию ходила пару раз, понравилось, а так отдыхали в релакс зоне, на мой взгляд пляж и заход в море здесь получше. Отдыхом остались довольны, 💯 советую отель к посещению, думаю вернуться, хотя море в этом регионе чуть холоднее, чем в других районах, но бухты безветренная. PS рекомендую подняться на смотровую с ветряными мельницами, точнее с тем, что от них осталось, виды потрясающие

Отличное месторасположение отеля. Хоть номерной фонд не первой свежести, но уютно. Есть 2 собственных пляжа с барами. Территория не огромная, но зеленая. Разумное разделение на тихую зону «Релакс» и более шумную у главного бассейна. Кормят хорошо, есть выбор сладкого, несколько видов фруктов. Разнообразие немного страдает, но и стоимость отеля сравнительно демократичная. Постоянно в доступности была бутилированная вода в неограниченном количестве и турецкий айран. Выбирали специально номер «Релкс» с видом на море. Так и получилось. Вид с балкона был отличный. Заселят вас по прибытию только после 14:00, но позволят сразу пользоваться всем остальным в отеле. Так де и при выселении. Чек-аут был в 12:00, но мы смогли дальше пользоваться всем комфортом отеля до времени отъезда.

Бар на пляже возле «Релакс» бассейна закрывается в 17:30-17:45, а не в 18:00, как указано в информационном листе отеля. Бармены там очень неповоротливые и предпочитают посидеть в телефоне, вместо обслуживания гостей. По концепции «Ультра всё включено» есть полтора часа, когда нет никакого варианта питания. Сэндвич-сервис, доступный ночью вариант еды на баре Марина, это просто громкое название. Там лежат только помидоры, огурец, колбаса, сыр и не особо свежие булки.

Very comfortable for family holiday. Our children very enjoyed. The kids clup is comfortable and cuti🥳😉 We also relaxed

My boyfriend and I went to the Royal Asarlik for a week at the start of September and we will 100% be going back in the future. We were massively impressed with this hotel and what it had on offer. We stayed in the "relax rooms" which are separate to the main complex hotel rooms, which we think massively benefited our stay. So if you're able to book one of these we would highly advise, as they are away from the hustle and bustle and offer gorgeous views of the harbour. The hotel room itself was slightly dated, and I've definitely slept in comfier beds, but we always take the stance of as long as it's clean and we've got running water/somewhere to sleep, everything else is a bonus! We were concerned about the food options going into this holiday, since my boyfriend is a self-confessed picky eater and the reviews made it seem like there would be absolutely nothing. But, we were pleasantly surprised! Nearly everyday we ate our breakfast and evening meal in the main roof-top restaurant - where you have the most incredible panoramic view of the entire harbour by the way - and then would stay by the "relax pools" in the day time for lunch and snacks. Considering my previous statement of my boyfriend being picky, there wasn't a single day where either of us went hungry. In particular we absolutely loved the open grill and pizza oven by the "relax pools" at lunch time, which ran from 12:30 pm - about 4 pm, where you could have unlimited burgers made fresh, pizza made fresh, chips on tap, and lots of other "picky side bits", as well as endless amounts of tasty salads. We also became a bit obsessed with the patisserie, which opened from 11 am also by the "relax pools" and was open all day, where you could get freshly made waffles, different flavoured ice creams and lots of cakes. We also tried one of the 3 al a carte restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed our mains at the fish restaurant (we weren't overly keen on the starters, but that's more down to personal preference). They also have an Italian and traditional Turkish restaurant, but since the main restaurant was so nice we didn't feel the need to try these. Even when there were nights where all my boyfriend could really it was chicken and chips, he still thoroughly enjoyed it and found everything well cooked and super tasty. So all in all, we really couldn't complain! The private entrance to the beach was another staple of our holiday. Be warned that it isn't a sandy beach, it's VERY rocky, so our Crocs became our best mates for this. We hired a water buggy one day from the sea sports company to the right of the hotel when you're on the beach and their prices were very reasonable. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our allocated cleaner for our rooms would knock on quite early for us though, so we were mindful to hang the 'do not disturb sign' on the door the night before. We travelled into Bodrum one morning, which is lovely for a bit of shopping. We went by bus which is pretty regular on the main street up the road from the hotel and only cost the equivalent of £2 each per journey. There is also a couple of strips near the hotel with bars and clothes/bag shops, which we would often go to in an evening for some retail therapy! Overall, our experience was incredible and was the perfect relaxing holiday my boyfriend and I needed, and we look forward to returning in the future.
