Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer sauber und die Angestellten sehr bemüht. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen!!! Bald wieder

Staff made all the difference! Facilities were wonderful.

It's just great resort. The location is great. The facilities are wonderful. We were a couple on vacation and first when I've seeing the kid guests I thought it would be noisy. But The resort is very well planned - it felt like not crowded at all. There were plools for kids and just great SPA for adults. It has 4 or 5 restaurants on the territory of the resort - so you don't need (or actually you don't want) to go anywhere else. There's a direct access to the sea with good sand beach. Everything is clean and well maintained. The SPA is fabulous and almost empty. The hot sauna with a great view on mountains There are plenty facilities for kids - like kindergargden, special pool with water slides and I think more - just was not interested in it. There are perfect tennis courts and the one who's interested can take tennis lessons. We regretted we did not take our rackets with us. The stuff is very helpful and nice. The food is great. You really don't want to leave the resort - you have everything there, even supermarket and a gift shop. The resort itself reminds a small cosy village with a main building, SPA building and even a chirch. All the rest appartments are spread around as village houses. We already want to come back!. Great resort with very friendly staff. We were made to feel special and they made our stay with 2 very young kids very pleasant. The pool with the water slides is fantastic and the kids club is very good. We only stayed for 4 nights, wish we had booked for longer as there are many things to do in the resort, many restaurants to choose from with different events every night, and we would definitely not get bored there. Many young families but good for couples also as there are adult only areas and the kids are kept well entertained in the kids pool or the mini club not to annoy other people. We would definitely go back. Crete is also an amazing magic place that has so many places to explore and you fall in love with it.

Excellent service and amazing location. It feels like being in the Caribbean. We loved Michi and Marco who run archery, aerobics, yoga/Pilates, aqua gym, cooking classes and so much more.

4 ans après notre premier séjour dans cet hotel, nous sommes toujours admiratif de la beauté de l'architecture, des jardins et de la vue qu'offre cet hotel. Cette fois nous n'avons pris que le petit déjeuner, excellent et varié. Dans la mesure où il y a suffisamment de restauraunts autour de l'hôtel et que les prix sont raisonnables. La propreté des lieux est toujours aussi irréprochable, le nombre de transats et de parasols autour des piscines à augmenté mais n'est toujours pas suffisant pour contenter tous les clients, surtout les lève tard (après 10h00 des parasols disponibles mais plus de transats). Petit moins par rapport à notre premier séjour, à l'époque il s'agissait bien d'un hôtel "luxury & spa" aujourd'hui il s'est orienté plutôt vers un "family & spa" mais nous pensons qu'il s'agit toujours du meilleur hôtel de Malia.

Hôtel avec bcp de charme et bien entretenu qui n'a rien à voir avec les grands complexes hôteliers sans intérêt. Personnel au petit soin. Buffet excellent et chambre impeccable avec toutes une terrasse les massages top (surtout celui aux pierres chaudes :-) ).Le petit plus c'est la vue sur la mer. Plage en contrebas de l'hôtel. Enfin bref à refaire et à recommander !

The staff were so friendly upgraded our room and even arranged for a cake at 12am for my friend who's birthday it was that evening. Clean beach with plenty of chairs

On est arrivés tard et nous avons était reçu très bien et on a même pu ce restauré. Cadre très agréable et calme
