Haben beim Abendessen eine extra glutenfreie Karte bekommen, mussten früh zum Flughafen und haben extra ein eingepacktes Frühstück (auch glutenfrei) bekommen. Das Personal war sehr nett

Den angebotenen Flughafentransfer für 450 R fanden wir sehr teuer und haben daher ein erheblich preisgünstigeres vorbestelltes Uber genommen.

"An exceptional experience."

Old-warm hospitality, charm & style throughout the entire place. Was allocated the Madiba room, which has so many awesome features: the four-poster bed, gigantic bathroom, ball & claw bath, sun-soaked balcony...the list goes on & on. Lovely breakfast spread was laid down in the morning. Will definitely return in future for Hacklewood's high tea and dinner offering.
