Love the place, clean, comfortable, quiet. View of our room not the best compared room facing ng the town square. Lots to see within walking distance. Good food. Only suggestion is coffee in the room gor early risers/travelers.

"One night in Tepic"

Downtown Tepic. Pretty vibrant. Hotel has good parking, quick check in. Silent rooms with super comfortable beds and nice linens. Shower head could be decalcified but good pressure and temp.

"Rear bumper damaged."

Everything was good, except that on Tuesday February 20, my car was hit on the rear of the bumper by whoever was working that night parking the guess cars (there was no parking spaces available when we came back. No report was done, please check cámaras

The hotel is located in the center of the city, has a spectacular view and is close to shops and restaurants, I did not like the service of its staff, they do not show interest in their guests. I was waiting more than five minutes to check in, they just passed by and ignored me. Overall hotel was clean .
