Stayed at Hyatt Place Saratoga/Malta for a quick trip and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was friendly and made check-in super easy. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options, and the location was convenient to Saratoga Springs without the crazy downtown prices. Definitely would stay again.

Excellent customer service started as soon as we walked through the front door. Lydia and LeAnn were very welcoming. Our room number was 203. It was very roomy and comfortable. On the way up to our room, gentlemen were pushing a cart full of towels and I said oh we need to get extra towels. We will call downstairs. They said no need to. They gave us the towels right away. We checked into our room rested and then went downstairs and heated up food we had brought with us from the previous night. There were Plastic utensils and a microwave. Also always coffee, hot water and tea. There were tables and chairs and a TV to watch in the eating area. Upon going back to our room, we found out the TV did not work. The front desk, girl I’m sorry I don’t remember her name came down to check on it and said she would put a service order in for the next morning. We also asked for extra pillows And she supplied those for us. What great service. The next morning after breakfast, we took a walk in the area that although hotel is in an industrial park type setting, there was plenty of trees and a very nice walk. Before we could be back to our room at 9 AM the gentleman were already replacing the TV and housekeeping had already came into our room to clean and refresh towels. We can’t even get room service that fast at a very large hotel. It was amazing. I’m not sure why there are bad reviews about this hotel. Yes it is a little on the old side, but so am I 😏

Hotel is always clean. Staff is friendly. The women working breakfast worked their tails off and made sure everyone's needs were met. Overall great experience.
