Metropolis Resort

Love this place!!! Clean, convenient and reasonably priced! All the staff were very nice!!

There was a lot to do here and not overcrowded. We wished we had more time to spend at the hotel. We will likely be back

This place is average. One elevator is not enough especially at checkout time. The beds are a cheap memory foam. We travelled with our 2 teenage daughters and none of the four of us slept well on the beds. The rooms could use some updating. We needed an extra blanket and it took two hours and 3 phone calls before they brought us one. The water park is nice. The water was warm but our eyes all burned after and hour of being in there. So just average. If you are looking for something nice, this isn’t it.

Waterpark is open all day and included in hotel price. My niece had a blast! Property was easy to access from the highway. We will definitely go back next time we are passing through Eau Claire

The room was clean with all expected amenities. A first floor room made it easy to get everywhere quickly. Very convenient. Loud kids running the halls, as expected. The Chaos Water park was a good size for my 5 yr old who doesn't want anything too exciting. Not too crowded. Lots of lifeguards and the water was all shallow so it felt very safe. It wasn't like the bigger parks where you get whistled at for every little thing, and the hot tub was hot and for anyone over 5.

Everything we needed is right on site. The waterpark is nice, the all day jump and play is great, food and drink is good. We love it!

We really liked this place! The water park is included with your stay. They have a good amount of other activities, but they cost extra. Knickel and dime you a bit. Also no breakfast included

The room next to us was so loud actually shaking the bunk beds in our room from hitting wall called front desk at 10:30 pm they said talk to them this went on till midnight. It was my daughters birthday party and i had cranky kids in morning. Drove 3 hours for that! At front desk i was given 3 coupons for next stay which there won't be one. The city eats restaurant we ate breakfast at wasnt much better the table that came after us ordered after is was served before us. Very unhappy. We came here couple months before and ended up leaving day early said i would get refund i never did but now with this stay too i wouldnt suggest it. Kids bunk beds the blankets were dirty too.

We love the staff and the whole resort atmosphere!!!
