"Excellent family getaway"

Room was nice. Waterpark was very nice the water was the warmest we have experienced at any water park. We will definitely be back.

"Meh but I’d go back"

Water park was ok. Lots of people but well managed with life guards but lots of people. Structures are a bit worn, service is impeccably great. Had a problem checking in as credit card units were not working but staff communicated multiple times, apologized multiple times, gave out 2 for 1 freebies to the restaurant and tried to make amends. We stayed in 320 - room would not cool down. Went to bed with temp at 72 and woke up with it at 79 despite setting thermostat to 67. Staff were going to try and fix it. All in all a bit expensive for what one gets but hey, I’d still go back.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property and rooms were clean. The staff did a nice job of trying to keep everything clean after the messy guests (lots of people left messes behind in the arcade, trampoline areas, pool, and food areas). But nothing that was too disgusting. The beds were surprisingly comfortable! Everyone had a great time; there is so much to do. The unlimited day passes with the hotel stay was the way to go! My boys are 13, 10, and 7 and had a blast!

Everything we needed was at the resort. The staff around the whole resort were wonderful and accommodating! Maybe extend the hours to all day for Wednesdays, but other than that all in all was a great stay for our family of 5!

Overall, after paying $350 to stay here per night, I wouldn’t do it again. We got zero hot water in our shower, the food we ordered took well over an hour to get. The waterpark is OK and the game room is far overpriced.
