Avon Hotel

At the front desk, the employee was so helpful, pleasant. He was very personable. The bathtub had a stain but overall everything was great.

As I got here the place was just ok . Not in bad way . But rooms were ok to . The gentleman who was at the front desk was really nice . Guess for the price I got online was ok . If you want to good hotel you best pay the price then especially living close to Seaside Heights NJ

The bed was comfortable, good big TV. Cloth chair in bedroom was filthy as was hall carpet. Had coffee machine in room and outside of room. Front desk man was very helpful.

Had a very nice stay. The guy at the front desk was super nice. I’m planning on coming back.

Hotel is fine for a couple of nights. Room was very clean. Linens were very clean. Bed slept well.

Noisy . Water running on toilet. Front door broke No battery in remote Thank God we were tipsy and fell asleep

Poor connection towel

Main entrance was broken so you jad to push the electric door open and closed, needless to say the surrounding vlass was filthy dirty. Light fixture in lobby was taped in place, rug waa loose and filthy - a complete tripping hazard. We were asked to sign a typed form, unbranded, requiring a swcurity hold on our credit card. When I asked about it he said, "oh, that wont apply to you". The room was in decent condition - linens were clean as was bathroom. The wall mounted gair dryer was removed but the mounting plate was left there. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years but the new owners/management company have let it deteriorate. I truly wondered if it was being used as a temporary housing facility. We will NEVER be back, and I strongly encourage you not to stay here.

Good value older property with nice room, pleasant staff and very well lit parking lot.
