Cleanliness could have been better, especially in our bathroom.

My sheets, blankets were old n dirty looking, hair left in the shower, refrigerator was not working

Internet linked up but could not handle the hotel traffic. Drains in shower and sink were clogged and a( towel that looked like it was used to wipe ass) was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The person at the front desk just said she wouod put in a order to get things cleared up in a few days. When I asked for a different room... she said no. Too bad so sad they already had my money. I do not pay if this was a post payment situation

Dirty dirty dirty room where drains were clogged, dirty towels from previous users left in bathroom and terrible internet.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast offerings very good.

Although advertised as non-smoking, there was the odor of nicotine tobacco in the room and cigarette burns on the curtains.

Stayed there one night. Had an all night party in the room above us. Called front desk. Management went to the room and elected to warn them and the party continued until past 6 am. Property is refusing to refund me Do not stay here unless you do not want to sleep. They allow parties and people to sneak on the fire escape. They do not care
