This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed — and I’ve traveled all over the world. I had prepaid for three nights at the Suburban Suites in Westminster, CO, and could barely make it through two. From the moment I arrived, the property reeked of bleach and chemicals — the stairwell smelled like a swimming pool mixed with something rotten. Inside my room, there was a putrid odor that never went away, no matter how long I tried to “get use to it.” The stairwell also smelled of vomit. The area around the hotel felt unsafe, with people loitering just outside who clearly weren’t guests. But the final straw came on my second night — I turned on the lights in the kitchenette and saw roaches scatter across the counter. That was it. When I went to the front desk to ask for a refund for my third night (since I was leaving early), the staff refused. No apology, no attempt to make things right. This place is filthy, unsafe, and poorly managed. Do not stay here — you’ll regret it.

Management is Awesome. When Problems arise the GM handles appropriately, in a timely manner and efficiently. Great Job
