Was checked into a room that was already occupied with a half naked women inside WHO BECAME LIVID AND STARTED SCREAMING AT US... The ceilings were leaking.. the hotel smelled really bad.. the window shades didn't cover the windows all the way "very very ghetto" the elevator felt like 110°.. the walls were filthy.. dogs barking all night long THIS STAY WAS HORRIBLE!

Right on check in I was told wi-fi was down indefinitely. At first it seemed not a terrible problem until I needed a project done by the next morning instead of after the weekend. I had to find another hotel and left right away after receiving a message from my management, and they still wouldn’t give me a refund.To top it off, there were several people loitering around the hotel when I got there and when I was in the elevator on arrival there was ashes on the floor inside and a very heavy smell of marijuana.

The only good interaction during the stay was the check in. Water was cut off one morning with no warning. Someone upstairs was stomping back and forth on purpose and no one cared. One of the front desk guys has a bad attitude. He acted like he was pissed off at me before I even spoke to him the first time. No working TV. The rooms are nice for now, but they could deteriorate very quickly due to lack of care.

As a Diamond Platinum member who travels extensively for work, I have never experienced a property so poorly run and unsafe. This Suburban Extended Stay Hotel (individually owned under the Choice Hotels flag) is a complete misrepresentation of what is advertised. We paid for a king bed, but at check‑in we were moved to another floor and given a smaller bed. The front desk stated this was a “courtesy” because the second floor was too loud and implied to be unsafe for us. No compensation was offered for the downgrade. The room we were placed in was not clean—the bathtub was filthy, there were no baseboards with visible stains, a gap under the door, no shower curtain, and no chair for the desk. The walls are ultra‑thin, and throughout the night we could hear conversations from below, snoring through the walls, and dog noises—barking and fighting sounds—echoing through the property. The situation escalated quickly: • No power last night and no water throughout the evening and this morning. I have been calling all morning to report the outage and no one can help me. • The front desk leaves at night, leaving guests completely on their own. • Other guests reported the water had been shut off the week prior as well. • The elevator was broken, people were panicking, and large pit bulls were being walked through common areas during the chaos. Choice Hotels themselves attempted to reach the property on my behalf yesterday and today and were also unable to get a response. That is unacceptable and a red flag for any traveler. ⚠️ Consumer Warning: This property is unsafe, unsanitary, and unresponsive. What you see in the photos is absolutely not what you get. If circumstances had allowed, we would have left last night. Do not book here. Until Choice resolves these operational failures and conducts a full audit of this location, it is not fit for guests.

Oliver is the best. We had to check in early and not only did oliver accommodate us, oliver was as thorough, professional and helpful as anyone could be. That applies to most of the staff as well. The rooms are neat and tidy and the elevator works pretty good too.

The CSC Go machines are way too expensive. $3.25 to wash and $3.25 to dry. Although they do work well, that's as pricey as I've ever seen. Brings the term 'price gouging' to mind. Especially after 3 loads of laundry!
