"BED BUGS"

Would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially since the new ownership has taken over. The quality and standards have clearly declined. I encountered bed bugs in my room and immediately left once I noticed them, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. When I brought the issue to management’s attention, there was little to no urgency or concern shown. Instead of addressing the situation or prioritizing guest safety, they seemed more focused on returning to their private quarters downstairs. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care makes this a place I would strongly advise others to avoid.

Nice stay. Clean room and Variety in Break fast. Far better than Galesburg hotels. New paint looks great. Best price I paid what I got. Best place to stay in Monmouth as well as Galesburg. This is the nice and clean hotel.

Best stay ever, New TV's in the room. new paint looks outstanding. Overall 10 of 10 and recommend everyone to get clean and safe rooms. Best stay ever. Staff were great and breakfast was awesome too.

Great Stay, Great Staff, New paint, new TVs I think going to be change everything. Really peaceful night. Breakfast has many more options nowadays. Very clean room and entire hotel.
