Nice and clean tidy good fittings bed was fine overall its good quality and the young person on reception was lovely

I was a bit surprised for a small hotel that they asked for a parking fee in addition lots of road noise in the room I was in Probably pay extra get a room with a balcony ask for a room at the rear of the building if you can

The staff were lovely and very helpful.

No elevators to get to second floor

Location convenient for family visit. Clean, well supplied - 1 bedroom unit with kitchen.

At times difficult to enter onto Warwick Road from car park as cars parked to right on main road at front of property obscured view in merging from a dead stop into traffic flow. As a 75 year old recovering from a fractured hip the staircases posed a risk - I found them difficult at times and I was positioned to ascend/decend 40 -28 very steep ( two stairs cases) to reach exit each time I left building. Others split level on same floor as unit Carrying weighted objects difficult. Probably should have queried access needs at time if booking - otherwise lovely accomodation.

Spacious clean room, close to all we needed.

Room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Difficult for older guests with heavy suitcases.

Location to hospital

Had to pay for parking.
