Good location

Very disappointing that not just ONE hottub was down but the SECOND one as well. They also have been down since October because supposedly the owner has been gone for two months. Doesnt show an ownership or care for the hotel. So Why should I come back?

It was good price, quiet, nice room

I just didn’t think the bed was comfortable at all. Had to stay 3 days and my back was really sore by the end. Also, the tv in the room was way undersized for the space. I’m guessing it was only a 32” and I had a double queen room.

This is usually my choice when traveling to GF because its always clean and the rooms are nice.

The staff that checked us in was rude. Both hottest were down and that would have made or broke my online booking choice if I would have known. I know it happens but many guests were disappointed including me.

"It was an okay stay,"

I like the location and free breakfast. It’s always clean and we like the pool.

We could not get a happy medium when it came to the heat in the room. There was a really cold draft coming in through the heaters and which made the heater keep kicking on very frequently all night which caused it to be very dry in the room. We had a two bedroom and one room was super cold while the other was really hott. Made for an uncomfortable night of sleep.

We used to love this property but everything is falling apart and not working.

We weren’t notified that both hot tubs were broken until after check in. Management was very rude and not helpful.

It was very clean, and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Was in a good location of other services

That our TV shut off on its own 1 hour after we got there and was only on for a half in the morning before it randomly shut off
