I’ve stayed here before… It’s a good hotel. I don’t mind it at all… if anything it was my fault because I asked for a 1st floor room which was too close to the breakfast area, which I found noisy in the morning otherwise this is a good hotel in Grand Forks North Dakota!

"Medicare stay, could be a lot cleaner and more up to date."

Close to everything

Room lighting was dark especially in the bathroom, rooms are dated and hallway and room carpeting are dirty and worn out and obviously need replacing . Pillows had an odd smell l.

"Visit for family funeral "

The hotel, grounds, staff were nice and updated. Overall pool was the best part of the whole stay except one of the 2 hot-tubs were not working. We stayed on the 1st floor and the people above us were noisy making it a difficult night to sleep. Breakfast was ok, but not great.

Breakfast is very Basic. The Marriott next door is cheaper and the breakfast is quite extensive and very good quality. Given the price I paid, I expected a better breakfast.
