"Good"

Was treated very poorly by night st staff. Accused of doing things we were not doing asked to leave three disabled people and one autistic child for nothing. Will not pay any charges

Nice location

My reservation specifically said for a mountain view. When I checked in, the girl just told me casually that there's no more mountain view room. That my reservation really didn't matter to her.

We arrived on Christmas day, and we reserved a King room and was told that they don't have any king beds available because they didn't bring in anyone to clean them. We were never notified of this issue. All they could do is put us in a double queen room. What else could we do but take a double queen room. What we weren't told is that the only rooms that were available were pet friendly, and our room seemed dirty, and my husband has problems with dog hair. We decided to leave after the 1st night. We did ask to speak with a manager and proceeded to let her know what we experienced. She said she would be sure to reimburse us for the 2nd night and add some points to our rewards. None of that happened.. We will not be going back...
