Sunbird Cape Cod Resort

It was a great location.

I went to discuss an issue at the front desk. The customer service was not pleasant. I did not get greeted and the issue I had about the room was not resolved as I hoped. But a nice gentleman took it upon himself to help us. He deserves a star. The air quality in the first room was not great. The bed sheets felt damp. Once we switched to another room the air quality was so much better.

Clean room, excellent hospitality

Good location easy to find comfortable room and the best complimentary breakfast on the Cape!

The room looks not as good as I expected, smells like humidity, the treatment was not good, I had a hard situation with my family, my pregnant wife and my 3 years old kid arriving late at night after 8 hours driving, they were inflexible and didn't bring me the help I needed, the only positive point is the breakfast, the parking and the playground

Overall good stay for the cost

I was charged even when I wasn't, I tried to negotiate the situation but they didn't give me good options

It was an ok place probably not going again. The staff was great but there was wiring sticking out had to move three times due to internet wiring and noises
