The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was musty smelling, there was toothpaste on the walls in the bathroom along with other stains, there was very little water pressure. There were a few carpet beetles that we found. We didn’t feel as if the sheets were clean. The tv wasn’t great, it was very slow.

The staff, especially the front desk management was wonderful. Very friendly and she was immediately responsive when the toilet plugged and fixed it. Also had a worker come up and look at it after that. It's not her fault, but the room could be detail cleaned. Very scummy where the tile meets the rug. Corners have dog hair and crumbs.room smelled a little like vomit initially and the air conditiioner leaks and makes the floor wet or else something was spilled near/under it. The room needs work and did not really match the high quality pics in the photos. Cleaning staff could be bettter but the desk staff was fantastic. Nice clean lobby.

The traffic noise from the streets made difficult to sleep. I consider the location is the problem.

Very nice staff !! Clean hotel and very welcoming, I will definitely be back here for my next trip to Columbus, GA ! I highly recommend you book here if you want that at home feeling the entire staff makes you feel like family and Plus they have good food ! :)

The hotel was clean and the staff was great and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and I will return. The breakfast was good. I was also able to use the gym. I would recommend this hotel to my other family and friends when they don’t to visit the area.

I like everything except for the breakfast part. It wasnt like the places where u have the pancake machine. And different kind of breakfast meat. So basically i had to go buy breakfast from 1 of the fasfood places!! But overall it was nice

My stay at this hotel was awesome !!!! Me and my family came to Columbus a few weekends ago to visit family , we would be greeted every time we walked through the door with a smile! The entire staff was friendly even maintenance greeted us and was nice! You don’t find hotels like this anymore! Not only they were nice but the hotel was spotless! The linen was very clean we really enjoyed the food as well! The only thing that will make this a better hotel to stay at on my visits to Columbus would be if they were to get some type of renovation because it was really dated!! Luckily you guys have an awesome staff to accommodate that one flaw, I give this hotel a 1million out of 10 and will definitely come back again☺️❤️

Wonderful atmosphere and GREAT customer service from the manager on site, Mrs. Theresa Morgan! Will definitely stay again! Will recommend this hotel to others! Mrs. Morgan met all of our needs and some! She made our family feel like family!
