La struttura è moderna ed efficiente, comoda e ben posizionata, si raggiunge facilmente in auto e in due passi ci si trova nel cuore della capitale; si può fruire a proprio agio di simpatici spazi comuni con vista, pur godendo di camere ragionevolmente ampie e ben organizzate, dotate di sale da bagno ottimizzate e letti comodi; l'affaccio della nostra stanza standard garantiva una piacevole vista sull'isola di Nòlsoy e la strada prospiciente non ha creato disturbo. Colazione abbondante e varia, allietata dalla possibilità di preparare waffles al momento; all'accettazione welcoming drink gradito; personale cortese e vivace.
