Pb avec la reservation booking ... Hotels qui portent des noms similiaires .... et erruer de ma part . J'ai fait une resa pour un hotel en alsace alors que je voulais aller à l'hotel auquel j'étais habituée à Carnac .... Heureusement l'hotel Diana de Carnac nous a trouvé une chambre quand nous nous sommes présentés à a reception et réalisé l'erreur de réservation ... J'ai appelé le Diana alsacien qui m'a dit d'annuler sur booking et qu'ils verraient ce qu'ils pouvaient faire ... Aucun geste commercial du Diana Alsacien .. merci booking
