The breakfast had a good variety and was restocked very well. I would have liked the time to start earlier - like 6:00 or 6:30, but it ran until 10:00 so that was good. The property location is very good, but the service road leading to it is very bumpy. (This is not something Holiday Inn can control.) The staff was very accommodating - efficient, friendly, professional and warm. We would stay here again, when we're in New Iberia.

They were having trouble with the TV system when we stayed. But as soon as we let them know, they began working on it immediately. Ours was fixed very quickly & we did not experience any problems with it again. Their housekeeping and maintenance crew is very good.
