Room was clean and spacious.

Disabled style bathroom, left us with a tiny sink and difficult to use. Also...limited to no available lockers during checkout. For such a large hotel, more lockers should be available.

"Numa is like a low cost airline, if all goes according to plan they’re fine, but if there’s a problem, they will abandon"

They could accommodate a dog, and had availability.

Our room had no window, which totally changed the experience of our stay. There was no indication during the booking process that this was the case. As there are no staff on site, the only way to make contact was through Whatsapp. The whole process left us feeling very disempowered and distrustful of Numa. We felt that they had misled us about the type of room we were booking, yet still charged quite a high room rate.

"Zimmer war gut, SERVICE gibt es nicht."

Neue eingerichtet, saubere Dusche und gemütliche Bett.

1. Feure Alarm muss richtig gut gemacht werden. 2. Non-Personal Service ist zwar effizient manchmal, aber muss doch jemand im Notfall erreichbar sein können. Emergency Nummer ist eine Dekoration, dauert ewig und der Personal hat auch keine Ahnung über irgendwas. 3. Es kann sein, ein Email wurde zu uns geschickt über diese Feuer Alarm Test, aber keine konkreten Zeit wurde dazu gegeben (es war eigentlich um 8 Uhr morgens, ich bin zum Glück schon wach, aber meine Nachbarin und ihr Kind waren erschreckend), und wer steht um 8 Uhr auf während Urlaub!!! Und wer liest noch Emails während Urlaub?!! Ich erwarte keine Stress von Job in meine Urlaub, und auch keine stressig Nachricht von meinem Hotel! Wenn ich fertig eingecheckt, ich hoffe, dass ich einfach mein Zimmer in Ruhe genießen kann. Keine Drama.
