It is very close to the airport. The offer pick up from the airport. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable.

There was a mixed up on my reservation. They had it for the following day not for the currently day. But this could have been a computer glitch on their end.

Ne respecte pas le tarif de booking , vous dit que la Machine à carte bleue ne fonctionne pas pour vous faire payer en cash et vous charge de 3% de plus que le prix . Ceci n’est ni mentionné à la réception, ni sur booking Nourriture trop cher ! 20 euros la pizza ! Piscine dangereuse . Hôtel tres vieux , climatisation ne fonctionne pas Pas d’eau chaude ! Vous propose des taxis non officié qui vous arnaque sur le prix

The room and general experience was good, the comfort of the beds were excellent. We just step over the night due to our connection time with our next flight

I don't have complains bout the hotel, my stay was very short

Roim"s Power outlet broken. Just the bathroom worked. Safe box was broken, we couldn't use it. It limited our agenda to visit La Guaira city
