Castle itself, room super nice, breakfast place super nice

Wonderful experience - right out of a story book. Definitely plan to return - be great for a weekend getaway.

It was absolutely beautiful, inside and outside - a very special place. Living like royalty! The hotel was surrounded only by sounds from nature: birds, frogs, wind in the trees! For those of us from the city, it was heavenly!

There was nowhere to eat dinner within walking distance.

Breakfast was a super set up, nice and cosy suite and the feeling of staying in a castle was a fantastic feeling. The hosts were very warm and welcoming.

It’s an interesting experience. Historical, authentic :)

The building needs an upkeep. It’s super complicated but would be good to brush it up

A historic chateau by the river, nestled in nature, with origins dating back to the 12th century. The interior is beautifully furnished with unique pieces, making it a delight to explore. Everything is in incredible harmony. The room was very comfortable, and looking out the window, we were greeted with a stunning green landscape. The chateau's owners are the best, so kind and hospitable, doing everything possible to ensure our comfort. Breakfast was of excellent quality, prepared with fresh ingredients. Instead of staying in Strasbourg, we are so glad we chose to experience this unique place. We will definitely stay there again! And yes, we noticed 3-4 ladybugs on the wall, but they did not bother us at all. We understood that we were in nature, sharing the space with its true inhabitants, and we respected that.
