Cerri Hotel

The staff of this hotel goes out of their to help you. VERY clean. Comfortable room. Breakfast good, could have a few more healthier options. The atmosphere is very pleasant as are the surroundings. For a three-star hotel they get a homerun. The town of Castellamarre del Golfo is lovely and the surrounding countryside is BEAUTIFUL!!! Don't hesitate to stay here. :-)

We would stay again and would recomend this to anyone, loads of places to eat good views but a car is requierd to see the surrounding areas not very good if you just want a beech holiday

I have no words to describe how caring the staff was, from the cleaners- really lovely and nice-, to the reception team and waitress for the breakfast. The reception guys were extremely nice and helpful, providing 5 stars quality and having a super friendly smile at all times. They were very patient with our poor Italian and even tried to teach us a little bit. Breakfast was very nice too, and the waitress were lovely and always asked whether we were fine or we wanted anything else etc. The experience was very good and I can't wait to go back as I felt like being home. The hotel is very clean, new and unbeliavable good for the price. Definitely recommend it.

I and my wife stayed at Cerri Hotel for one week on a romantic trip to Sicily. Here are our pros and cons for this hotel: Pros + Beautiful view over the port and the city (We stayed at a deluxe room) + Newly built and very nice, clean and elegant hotel including the room. + Nice and fresh bathroom. + Helpful and kind receptionist. + Good location close to the port and lots of restaurants. + Desk, fridge and a safe on the room. + Good cleaning every day Cons - Very tight around the toilet in the bathroom, little space for the legs. - Hard bed (spring mattress only, no feather bed) - Lousy internet, you have to run down to the reception to get a 30 minutes or 1 hour internet pass. The pass is only valid for 12 hours before use. Once you get it running its really slow (at least for Swedish sites). - Pay extra for the hotel parking. - Inefficiently soundproof - Lots of security cameras, 16 at least. - No laundry or ironing room (even though it says so on Hotels.com) - Plain breakfast that gets boring after a few days

Hotel Cerri really made us feel welcome. Their rooms and grounds are very new and modern and were beautiful. It was almost too good to be true for the price! But it delivered - staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this to people and stay there again.

Modern hotel and for us - since we had rented car - the location was great. Many nice places are close by so it's a good base for daily trips. Also, the downtown - Castellemmare del Golfo - is a short walk from the hotel. There are not too much to see in the town but the restaurants are good. If you want to go to a good beach car is necessary but we had so it wasn't a problem. About the hotel: We booked a room for three and suprisingly the room was big with comfortable beds. Everything was clean, modern and looked new. The hotel staff was polite and they speak english. Breakfast was good, selection was OK. Wireless internet was available in the lobby free of charge and there was plenty of place to sit comfortably while checking emails. The parking was 5 euro/day which wasn't too nice but they didn't charge us at the end so no complains. Overall I highly recommend Cerri Hotel for anybody who want's to stay in a nice, quiet, clean, modern hotel without fancy facilities.

The inside is new and modern. Outside is a bit of a disappointment- at the end of the road surrounded by a large parking lot. Not much of a sea view. There is a large parking lot which is empty since they charge you 10 Euro to use it. There are a few parking spaces in front and if you're lucky you can get one. They serve a nice breakfast with lots of choice. the staff is friendly and helpful.

Delightful opportunity to visit a small historic town, and stay in a contemporary hotel with excellent, professional and caring staff. I truely felt like a GUEST at Hotel Cerri. The facility is modern and well appointed with warm colors, and eye pleasing artwork. The best part was the staff. A special thanks to Alessandra, Rosaria, Gieuseppie, and Pamela who orchestrated my memorable 5 night stay at Hotel Cerri. I look forward to returning soon. Grazie tante !

A budget hotel but modern and very clean. Well situated and well signposted. Close to a piazza overlooking the sea and a safe area (which cannot be said for other parts of Castellamare).
