Nobody pick us up from the airport, even I called them from the arrivals (as they recommended me) because nobody responded to both numbers which were mentioned by them). Finally I bought 2 tickets of the bus for Girona and I ask the driver to drop us at the hotel, a place without bus station. Arrived at the hotel I try to call them from the reception , but no one from the personnel from front desk acted to respond me, even the phone rung continuously. When I requested for an answer the man from the front desk said that they don’t have time to answer because they don’t have time to do! The lady who was in second sift said me the same to complain to the manager this situation. The main purpose for decision to stay there was because they offer transfers to and from airport. If I would know the true I would chose another hotel, even in Girona due to I have already bought bus tickets. Both of them were impolite and their solution was just to make a complain becomes they are overwhelmed by the tasks and the manager should know that… So I bought a room at their hotel with transfer included but in reality I pay for my trip, nobody from front desk said any excuse moreover I was guilty because they were busy!!! In the room I smashed 3 spiders, so take care were you, the next guests, intend to stay in the future!!! I will not stay there, for sure!

The staff in restaurant were lovely. Food was good but very limited gluten free options. Good bus service to airport.

The gym was closed, and I had booked the hotel because it had a gym so I could train for the evening I was there and lost out. Felt front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. The patio outside and some of the sun beds wer covered in bird poo and the “free” pool and sauna didn’t feel very inviting.

Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful.The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, also very effective air-conditioning, and the bathroom was well-equipped with a good supply of hot water and basic toiletries.Good WiFi and tv in the room and WiFi throughout the hotel. We had a great evening meal in the restaurant and there was a good selection at breakfast time. The free shuttle bus to the airport was a super bonus as walking along the busy road would not have been a sensible or pleasant experience. The young man who drove us to the airport was very friendly and helpful ( he'd only been working there for a week!) He also manned the reception with his colleague. Although we didn't use them we were advised of the pool and spa facilities.
