Hotel needs a few updates, air conditioning needs help!! Convenient location, easy access. Wish I could have gotten coffee till 11:00. I liked the area much better than where I stayed before.

Loved the pool, miss having restaurant there,had great food. Our air conditioner wasn't cooling room much and was noisy when coming on.. balcony needs swept off and really needs a side table for drinks. Bathroom fan really loud.. Everyone very nice and will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was clean and had beautiful view of the ocean. There was no breakfast or dining at the hotel. The hotel was older although it was renovated. Parking was an issue.

They need to take new pictures of their property and description. It is nothing like it shows in the listing. There was only coffee made in the morning that was nothing but colored water. There was a lady filling up the espresso/cofffee machine and just looked at us when we said it wasn’t coffee. Horrible front desk they acted like they hated their job and didn’t want to be there. Not friendly at all. We received a roller bed and there was old sheets that looked like they had beef on there for a long time. No covering over the bed for protection. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I never make comments or do these but I felt you should know.

Chose this location because it was near the beach and had high ratings without being outrageous pricing. The first thing we noticed was the elevators seemed older and "jumpy" and some other patrons also seemed concerned with safety. The bathroom was definitely dated, had some damage on the shower curtain mounts, mold in the bathroom, and was extremely small. The drains for shower and sink were slow to empty, making a tub full of water when showering an unpleasant experience. The bed was medium comfortable, but I the sandy sheets (getting into the first night you wouldn't expect clean sheets to be sandy) take a few points off the comfort level. We were unsure what the AC was doing, but trying to put it on a basic "auto 70" at night would still freeze the room and we would wake up shivering at 3 to shut it off. It was also loud, which my husband luckily brought earbuds for. Overall the hotel would benefit from a floor by floor refresh of cleaning, painting, and refreshing. The balcony view was nice, as well as the polite staff, and convenient location where you could walk out right to the beach.
