Everything! We got upgraded to a villa and wow, it was just amazing. So spacious and comfortable. The pool area was excellent, the swim up bar made it! The breakfast spread was amazing each morning and all the staff were so helpful and friendly - especially in reception, Dwi was great! Also the 15 min free spa was a special treat and the location was amazing. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I will definitely be back!

The wifi was slightly unreliable but we were on holidays so it was not really that big of a deal!

The spa was the highlight of our stay and the beautiful kind woman’s who did our massages.

Hygiene, our rooms wasn’t clean. The first room we checked in had dry splitters of blood on the bathroom door, handle and towel rack. They gave us a second room after making a complaint to reception. First room we got given was way lesser than what we paid for when we made our reservation, was really disappointing to get that kind of treatment after a very long flight. Was flooding upon the third day of our stay, couldn’t really go anywhere to get something to eat. We had to get room service, they kept running out of ingredients and felt like they didn’t make an effort to accommodate us and still charged us full price for all the meals. Definitely wouldn’t come back here again

O hotel é excelente, o quarto é imenso, com varanda e muito nem decorado e confortável. Os travesseiros e toalhas ótimos. Os jardins muito bem cuidados e funcionários atenciosos. A piscina é muito convidativa o o hotel ainda oferece música ao vivo nos fins de tarde. Café da manhã com muitas opções. É muito próximo ao aeroporto o que é uma vantagem no caótico trânsito de Bali.
