The pool is wonderful, the staff were so lovely, and our room was clean with excellent air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. We have stayed there before this trip, and would stay there again! The massage at the spa was excellent.

Limited activities provided by the hotel. No water aerobics etc. one bike available to use, not much use for a couple or family.

Really hospitable and friendly, helpful staff, got a free room upgrade, breakfast was very varied and good. The room was cozy, comfortable, and the pool area was so relaxing.

The same song playing loudly on a loop in the eating area drove me and some other guests I spoke to later up the wall - it is NOT relaxing.

Gteat vakue for mo ey o chose ot as close to the Airport. About s 30 min walk along tje beach to Kuta which is handy.

It's not 5 stars but great vakue for money (room, pool, staff)
